I've recently noticed that sometimes my pubes are falling out in massive chunks when I shower with no apparent impetus. Is that something you guys think I should be worried about enough to schedule a doctor's appointment?
My first guess would be that the shampoo I'm using on my pubes is somehow not good for them, but I've got no clue. Any advice would be appreciated.

Daily reminder that Dagon mode is superior to gorilla mode
Dagon mode is done by 4 days of lifting per week and 2 of swimming. It's best done in Lousianna, New England, Cascadia, Europe, point Nemo or the Levant.
Your goal is definition and to bench your weight or higher but to be strong and agile. Gorilla mode will get rekt by Dagon mode in a fist fight. All Blacks are becoming gorilla mode, and southerners meth mode. White Northerners need to become Dagon mode.

Im fat and I want to change. What is a good weekly workout routine for me to build muscle?
I know dieting is more important in the long run but I fear that without a good routine I'll lose more muscle than fat.
So far through dieting I've lost 18lbs but my push-ups and sit-ups have suffered. My bench and squats have suffered even more.

You won't. Starvation mode is a meme. You don't need to worry in the slightest if you have above 15% body fat and are eating more than 800Cal a day. The tolerances are probably even lower than that but if you're above those it shouldn't even be on your radar.
