its okay op squats barely matter anyways do them like once a week and just deadlift most other days and you will get nice enough lower

So I can feel attractive but I mainly do cardio.
I go to a same gym with my ex and I see him there every now and then. So far ever since our break up I been hitting the gym at 6am and therefore avoided ever seeing him. But now I'm in mint condition and I'd like him to witness that.
So what sexy can you do at the gym, without being obvious/attention whore? This is all part of my mental gains and making it, making the unfit guy who dumbed me to see what he is missing out.
(I'm femanon if it wasn't obvious.) Help me brehs.

Try more volume, it always helps me. AMRAP helps with this of course, but at some point you just gotta' deload and try to get 3x12 before moving on. It helped me a shitton with bench and OHP, squat, not so much.

Do more cardio (HIIT maybe), ear cleaner (maybe do kero or intermittent fasting), and drink two cups of water before each meal, apparently it does something for belly fat loss (Scooby talks about it in a video).
