Hi /fit/, what are your favorite cheap meals?

All the food I have recently just boils down to:
Bacon/Egg/Sausage/Tomatoes
Lamb steak/asparagus/tomatoes
Curry with beansprouts and cauliflower rice w/cashew nuts (something I picked up when my doctor told me to go low carb, I've abandoned the idea of not eating carbs but cauliflower rice is just too fucking good) and coconut milk
Basic chili

This has been my diet for the past two months now and while I'm not getting sick of it, I do want to branch out a bit. Thoughts? And any stuff I should add immediately?

I eat a lot of turkey, i like it better than ground beef for most things. Sweet potatoes are awesome and if you have a spiralizer, they make great noodles

Lurker here, read the sticky a month ago and I'm fucking fat so I took the advice because fuck being this much of a fatass. Actually doing good, lost ~10 pounds eating less shit and doing C25K/SL5X5

But lately I've had a problem. Started a new week on C25K, and suddenly couldn't even do baby lifts for legs and back after running. Not like things hurt in a you-fucked-up-your-body way, but I couldn't do more than 2 warm-up squats before jelly legs.

Advice? I like C25K a lot, but I don't want to be weak.

Diet was 1800 Cal/day, dropped it to 1700 Cal/day once I dropped under 280
I do what C25K tells me to, and then A day or B day of SL5X5. Form is okay, had people at the gym check me for all SL lifts. Nothing else. Is there something that helps?

Am I genuinely autistic and/or ugly? I constantly receive compliments about my body etc. but I can barely keep a conversation up with girls. I see people (completely average looking guys with shit bodys) complain when they haven't been laid for 2 months. Meanwhile I'm sitting here at age 20 only having fucked two girls my entire life. Am I missing out on something? I feel like I'm wasting my prime.

Also my incline bench has only increased by 10lbs in the past 4 months, what am I doing wrong? My DB press has increased by 20lbs a side in these same four months.

I've stalled so hard after gyno surgery and grappling with depressive tendencies - I never used to feel like lifting was a chore, but it's begun feeling that way. As a result, I'm neither BIG nor LEAN... and I have a folded-in nip from the gyno surgery.

I'm not a pro but my opinion about your body is that you actually look like you have nice base to start with. I'm not sure what your goal body is but if you're planning to be more muscular then I wouldn't worry about cutting and how you look now, you don't look bad at all. If you want otter mode then just cut.

But I'd be careful with adding a shit ton of gas to your diet. Try carbs like rice and potatoes, or buy a a couple gallons of chocolate milk and drink a couple of glasses everyday.

How does /fit control sugar cravings?? Every time I get stressed out I binge, and it's always sugary foods.
