Hello, im working on getting everything ready for my new Workout rutine and perfect diet.
but i asked the other day for some workout apparel advice.
And i found theese pants, Now they are made for Females atlest that what it says, but they are on sale, and i figured id just order the xl pants, and use them insted.

How does a chub get fit? been doing SS 3x a week on a small deficit with sufficient protons combined with HIIT on off days, just wondering as it seems to be going very slow. And is it worth taking Glutamine? the PT at my gym said its good to take and how good is jogging/running in the morning?
Has anyone injured themselves while working out? If so, was it due to bad form? How did it happen?
what are the cons of taking pre workout? i may want to take it on my power clean days so id be taking it 1 or 2 times a week, and pre workout just gives you allot of energy right? what else does it do? and what do BCAA's do?
I've found that I'm quite sensitive to carbs before working out. My normal breakfast:
4oz chicken
1/2oz bacon
3 egg whites
1oz cheese
If I then eat something like a piece of cold pizza or a candy bar, one day it was even a piece of cornbread and I ran 3.5 miles in 30 minutes. If I don't, I have a max range of about two miles and not in any kind of time.
How can I maximize my sensitivity to carbs to increase my range?
I feel like my bench press is fucked. Every time I push, it always feels as if my shoulders are doing most of the work. Any help?

Are you not keeping your shoulder blades tucked on the bench? That should restrict your shoulders to move forward.
Do that and when you bench think not that you are pushing the bar out but also think you are pushing yourself in the bench

Three groups of exercises. Finish one, rest 15 secs, move to next one, rest 15 secs, move to next one, rest 15 secs, etc. until all sets are complete.
