if this lifting thing doesn't work out by summer, than might debate it.
Post your interests and make mine gayer.
What mode am I in? Should I bulk or continue to cut. Down to 195 from 215, initially planned on getting to 185-187

Bulk. Abs are for summer.
Anyone ever accidentally be a gym creep?
I realized today I might be accidentally staring at people (girls especially) and making them uncomfortable without even realizing it.
Like I'm not even really aware of my actions I just zone out between sets and recently I'm trying to be more "in the moment" so I dont zone out in the direction of people.
>>35173050
I don't know, I wonder if some of them think I'm creepy because I'm quiet and don't smile much.
Either way, I don't let it bother me.
>>35173077
Yeah no one has ever said anything I just occasionally catch people looking at me, that or I'm looking at them and they catch me.
I am really bad at awareness and cannot tell if it is normal to make random eye contact with people while you are at the gym.
does that happen to you guys? brief, less than a second to one second tops eye contact while you are looking for a weight or an open rack or soemthing?
>>35173100
Yeah of course that happens, don't think about it.
Any roids i can use for a short period of time ? no freak shit i wanna get that triceps faster
GOMAD
>>35173120

>>35172619
A rubber band? Those illegal in the UK now too?
Have the people with acne tried showering less?
It's the same idea as not using products on your hair so much, will make you produce less sebum after a while + gives you more healthy bacteria on your skin which protects you from diseases.
I bring this up cause they did a segment on it on german tv (and I'm a good little sheep) and I noticed I have showered maybe once a month in the past year and have almost perfect skin, not even blackheads or those white things near your eyelids like I used to have as a young adult
perhaps it's worth a try?
Broscience much?
Don't believe all the shit you see on TV.
>>35172369
>I have showered maybe once a month in the past year
Don't fuck around with acne, just go see a dermatologist.
I messed around for 4 years, thinking each new moisturiser or supplement or whatever was going to be the magic cure.
Went to a derm, did a quick accutane cycle and my skin is better than ever, and all I do is splash my face in the shower and use a small amount of Eucerin moistuser.

Help me /fit/. I'm 5'10 and just weight in at 177lb. I've been stuck at this body fat % range (13%~) for a long time. I feel like if I eat less I just lose muscle. I tried yohimbine but again lost muscle and gained weight due to water retention.
I just started EC stack again, but I know you can't do cardio on it. So my question is should I stop the EC and lift and do cardio, or just do EC and lift? Given I'm cutting and eating clean (tracking calories and all).
>>35172008
You are like 18%
>>35172117
This. You are not 13%.

Yes, well done, you hopped onto the current craze.

We have a genius here, folks
What do you think people are more attracted to, someone who looks big but isn't strong ("aesthetic") or someone who looks like he can fight and protect himself and those he love?
Girls want that Greek ideal, someone who is physically fit, both strong and with high endurance, but also intellectually adept. A real man should be swole of body and mind.
Normal people hardly care about powerlifters and strongmen unless they show off their strength. An aesthetic young man is far more impressive both in looks and strength to their eyes. They assume that shredded = strong. This is kinda true as even if you train for hypertrophy you'll still be way stronger than the average man. Also, both suck at fighting.
There's no "real man" as everybody has his own definition.
>>35172052
>implying someone who trains for strength who isn't fat as fuck wouldn't be considered aesthetic in the eyes of non-lifters
>>35172089
You said it yourself, "who isn't fat as fuck". Normally if you lift for stength you're not supposed to care about your abs or bodyfat unless you want to say in x class division. Just look at Jason Blaha.

Are power cleans getting you weird looks?
I swear to god anytime i clean the bar either for OHP or power cleans, some one is staring at me when i look into the mirror.
People be staring like they're watching two extict black rhinos pegging each other with chillys, jammed hadtily into their hooves.
Are cleans autistic? Im by no means using impressive weight. I think its the actual motion which is warranting the stares. Please help, i hate drawing attention to myself!
Its added to noob programs specifically so vets can spot newbs at the gym. No vets actually do cleans, noob.
Who cares why there staring? Get big or strong enough where you know they're staring out of admiration.

Yeah when I went they acted weird & kept bringing up the gym even though I tried to hide gains. In hindsight it was like $350 a month for 150mg a week. For the same price, I was able to buy a 16 week cycle of 500mg a week, including ancillaries PCT, etc..
>>35171517
by the way just get private bloodwork online. You get to see all your levels & its more accurate, the ones they do to test for trt are just a preliminary test... i don't know what the fuck im talking about but there's different methods to test, and they use a cheap inaccurate one. For example they told me my total test was about 500, but they had no idea what my free test or estradol was.
>>35171498
Why would you check your test levels? Are literally so insecure that you need to cling on some random number that varies dramatically over time anyway? Jesus, /fit/ is really not good for some people. If I imagine the awkwardness of that situation I get shivers.
Been lifting semi-seriously for two and a half months /fit/. Do you see potential here or should I just an hero now?
