I just eat less when I'm cutting and try to act less like a fat fuck.
If I'm losing weight too slowly, I eat even less. If I'm losing weight too quickly, I eat a little bit more. It's mostly by feel.

I know you can technically drink too much of it, but if you aren't hitting that limit is there anything wrong with high consumption of water? Been lifting for about almost two years only using creatine monohydrate and protein supplements. Gymbro/trainer recommended it was time I started a test booster. I tend to read up a shit ton on anything I put in my body but I can't seem to grasp if this would be beneficial, or even worth it if it were.
What are the risks of test boosters, if any, for a 19 y/o male at 6' 155lbs (no legs mode)
