I stretch my hamstrings and lower back daily and my mobility is p good.
However, it feels like every morning my hamstrings return to being never stretches, they hurt and feel tight and I can't even touch the ground with my legs straight and I have to spend a few minutes stretching them. Why does this happen?

I spent years swimming so my lats were rather developed before I started lifting but I'd say that you should do a lot of pull-ups to get them in shape.
Naturally, genetics will still play a role

Mostly I just hate the fatties that try to convince the world that fat is beautiful and should be accepted.

That's basically why, but /fit/'s anger is more focused around HAES, fat acceptance, etc.

Piccolo wears this weighted cape thing when all the time so that when he takes it off for fights he'll be lighter and able to move faster. Rock Lee, from Naruto, wears heavy ankle weights constantly; eating, walking, training, maybe even sleeping and bathing. When he removes them he also gets a lot faster.

Now I've heard the usually objections: "This isn't DBZ", "This will kill your joints", "Its bad for your ankles", "Your spine/head/neck can't handle the weight", etc.

Here's my question though. If I'm 170 lbs, how is strapping 20 lbs to my legs WORSE for me than being 100 lbs heavier. How is it fat folks ankle and spines aren't super fucked if wearing ankle weights/weight vests constantly is going to fuck you up?

Help, i''m not getting any gains, what am i doing wrong?

Been working out for half a year but my BMI remains 19.5 whilst staying skinnyfat.

I'm on an anti fungus candida diet so i can't consume anything that breaks down into sugar, so can't touch diary products.
I also don't want to consume eggs or meat because life stock management is extremely cruel in my country.

My current workout persist on 1 warm up session and 1 main session.

So here's the deal.

I'm entering my 6th month of gym membership.

I only gained 5 pounds in those 6 months.

I eat 500kcals above maintenance. I used to neglect lunch and dinner two years ago, I was at roughly 103lbs at 5'10. I've started eating, then picked up the gym. But the gym never really did anything for me. My lifts are bitchmade.

What should I eat to progress /fit/?
