I've been bulking since somewhere between late July or early august. I'm 5'9 and have gone from 110 lbs to 145. I'm at around 18% bodyfat and it's making me self conscious since I've never been able to squeeze my fat and wiggle it around until now, and it seems to be quite a bit of pudge.
Should I cut now for a little and begin bulking again in spring or should I just continue bulking until march or so?

Bulk through winter. I think if you cut you'll lose a lot of your strength and end up looking really skinny. I'm 5'9 and 160lbs. Trying to hit 170 by end of the year.

Can anyone suggest any good appetite suppressants? I'm currently in the process of a cut and i'm at the "Stubborn Fat" stage, so i'm wanting to be that extra calorie deficient to reach my goal. Obviously this leads to an increase in hunger, so i'm looking for a supplement that can reduce or even remove those hunger pains or cravings. I have tried the EC Stack a few times with success but i'm wanting to try a Stim Free method as i don't like the withdrawal feelings when coming off Stims (Tiredness etc).

Drink half now and the other half later, never exceeding one a day and occasionally going off it completely, and you'll be fine. Drink these things like water and you're asking for trouble. The idea that drinking more = more energy is a myth, demonstrable by the very yellow urine you'll see which is your body dumping the excess vitamins it didn't absorb and has no use for.
