What's a (cheap) sport that requires a high level of all round fitness? Something similar to what military guys would get but without actually joining the military... I'm thinking something like field hockey because you need the endurance to go a full game but still sprint and have good upper body strength. But throw any ideas at me guys.

Try not to slump or do sedentary activities for shorter periods of time. Keep shoulders pinned back at a comfortable level. I find that sleeping on my back has gotten easier since I built up a little muscle.
I'm eighteen, 6'3" and 147 pounds. I really want to lose my face fat/chubby cheeks. I want to lose more weight in the hopes I will lose face in my face as a result of losing fat overall, but I fear anything more will be unhealthy. I'm going to Uni soon and I don't want to be that 16-year old looking freshmen.
Is there ANYTHING I can do other than surgery that will help me lose this fat? Please /fit/izens, help me. :(

I'm out guys. Been on a 1k calorie deficit for a month and have hit the gym for 40 mins of cardio + lifting every single day. Checked the scale today and I've somehow gained 3kg. This is fucking bullshit and I feel bad for any suckers who fall for the fit meme.
Learn to count your calories better then. You either have a condition and need to see a doctor, or you miscounted your calories. My money, and the odds, are on the latter
