I take melatonin like 45 minutes before bed. Helps me fall asleep. Combine that with a bed routine and it'll be much better.
Like..Brush teeth, wash face, take out contacts, take melatonin, internet porn, sleep.

banning meat consumtion is going from black to white/one extreme to the other.

those workers are nothing but puppets of a mega industry ruled by a few corporations that dictate the common playground.

How many /fitizens smoke?
Are there any real negative effects in regards to lifting if you smoke? I don't mean negative health effects, I know those exist, but any related to lifting specifically?
Do they cause you to be more fatigued?
Do they make you gain weight/lose it?

What's the point of smoking? It doesn't have any mind altering effects, so what possible benefits do you get for a very much increased chance of death? At least with drugs like marijuana and alcohol you get fucked up in exchange for the risks.

Reduced lung capacity is probably the biggest one, and I've heard some people have a reduced appetite from the nicotine. I don't think it affects muscle synthesis or anything like that though.

I've been smoking for the past 12 years. I can also run a mile in 5:30. Do cardio on the reg and you wont have any problems.
