Mine has gotten better over the years, but it's very noticeable in the winter because the discoloration is much more pronounced.
Without a dermatologist giving a special treatment, though, you're pretty limited on what you can do.
Get a tan, get some AHA lotion, make sure you've got some decent vitamins A and E in your diet, and exfoliate regularly

Not massive amount, but trt/cruise levels of test would be beneficial for keeping an anabolic environment when dieting for extended periods.
Low dose masteron, maybe? Would help him a bit with explosiveness, as well as minimize estrogen related sides from a high dose trt cruise, and definitely inprove recovery.

not that i know of, it isnt super strong or anything. it definitely has helped me relax after my workouts though. i put a teaspoon in with my protein powder.

For some reason a lot of people interpret "all things in moderation" as "never do a bad thing, ever."
A soda a day is fine, it just makes your diet a tiny bit harder to keep. Obviously if you lose discipline and chug four in a day you're goofing. But total denial of something can leads to binges as well.

You're trying to progress faster than your body can. If you're not hitting at least 20/25 reps you should be lowering the weight. Be mindful of how much rest you need between sets, get 8 hours of sleep, and step up your diet.

SS is shit and not even beginners should stick to it for longer than a month, the whole "SS is a meme" does hold some ground
5x5 is a bit better but I really don't like the low reps direction but if you can add a few more accessory exercises it can be a half decent program
I would suggest something like a push/pull/legs split

Just read SS and pick either or. Both work fine. You'll get a little stronger faster on SS because it's less volume before needing to progress.
Reg's novice is a good one too for beefier back and arms. Just drop the calf and wrist work. My lifts are based on that, 70% 80% of working weight warm ups with three sets of working weight x 5. As long as you can throw on weight, you're making it.
