Which one of you degenerates smokes before working out, let alone smoking in general?
There was a brief period in my life where I smoked cigarettes (usually Djarum Cloves...dont judge, I wasn't an emo/MCR listener...I just liked it and it was 2004). Once Obama banned flavored cigs, I've occasionally nursed a pack of malborough lites, but to be honest... I just feel disgusting after smoking.
I still can get that nicotine buzz, but it totally isn't worth it...that damn smell just sticks with you.

Any extra calories you burn from standing up all day could be burnt in a far more pleasant, more beneficial and massively less time consuming way. Or just not consumed in the first place.

Already did. My question is a little different. I asked a friend who goes to a gym, "What would you recommend for me to look like Ford from Indiana Jones?" They told me to get a pull-up bar. Same day, same conversation comes up with another friend, but they tell me to just lift weights - the stick here says weights.
What do you guys think? Which is more effective for that physique? I don't want to be toned, but Harrison Ford, lookin' pretty good fit.

Prepared foods with a barcode you can just scan it using the app
Myfitnesspal keep track of macros and calories and you can even add in cardio and keep track of your weight
I use myfitnesspal as well
Barcode is easy as fuck and I didn't find something yet that isn't in the database
