You don't build any core/ stabilising strength.
Squat your max in the smith and then the next day try it in the squat rack, see what happens.
Only thing it's useful for is calf raises.

They have specific uses but do not replace a barbell for compund lifts
doesnt build stabilizers, if you try and lift a barbell youll be shaky and unstable

I used to work at a gym and there was this ex special forces guy that would come in he was probably in his 50s or early 60s, one of the nicest people I've ever met. He bought us in-n-out burger numerous times for the associates. Sucks yours seems like he wants to tickle your gooch tho

They drink lots of water, it helps make them eat FAR more food.
Telling someone who is trying to lose bodyfat just to "drink lots of water" is literally trolling them. You want to train your stomach to feel full on small amounts of volume, not train it to need to be bursting full to feel content.

I would do cardio everyday if I could but i have an injury so I do cardio twice a week and lift three times. I also walk 3 miles a day during the week. Not that much really but it means I never have to change my routine, none of this bulking cutting cycle. I just cut as I put on muscle.
My sister's trying to get me to do protein shakes, but I generally don't believe in using supplements.
Do you drink protein shakes, /fit/? Is there any real benefit to them?
