Where does fit get their tshirts?

It's been known forever that beginners can lose weight and gain muscle.

As you transition to more intermediate though your muscle gain while losing weight becomes insignificant and you gotta bulk.

Who here can bench 2 plates?

What are your stats?

I'm going for 1/2/3/4 and I've made the most progress on bench. I can bench 205 for reps. Feels good. First lift I really notice progress on. Once I get to two plates the rest of 1/2/3/4 feels achievable.
