Probably. Just lean bulk and you can probably do even more than that. Then again if you bulk like an idiot and overeat you'll have to cut even earlier.

I have the same problem.
Whenever I see a fat person in public I give them the most disgusting look ever.
The thought of them destroying their bodies and the fact that they won't do anything about it disgusts me.

Personally I want to be an actor and maybe even model a bit, and I think my chances will be a lot better if I look really good than if I look like the skinnyfat fuck that I do today.

My best friend is a Chad and he has girls all over him and it makes me feel so worthless. I've got some health issues I need to sort out before I start lifting, but after I get them sorted out I'm going to start lifting every day until I have girls chasing after me. I hate having to chase after girls. I hate putting up a facade and being fake just to get girls to like me. I want them to truly desire me.

you have lordosis (the lumbars curved forward) and kyphosis (your shoulders being slouched).
I have them too, I'm not an expert so you should do your own research but I found that you should reinforce your abdominals and glutes/hamstrings for the first one. and work on your upper back for the second one, and try to have a good posture as often as possible.
for example deadlifts and rows, or also pullups have really improved my posture
