Focus, confidence/ mood, and recovering or stopping mental fatigue.
I'm not too worried about sides as long as they can be managed
I use E.C. stack to wake up early and be productive. Mostly placebo but it's working.
Has anyone managed to fix their forward head posture? I have a pretty long neck so the effect is very pronounced. I've tried various exercises for a few months with no real results. Pls help /fit/

Results are there but they're too small for you to notice. A few months it's nothing. Keep at it. You don't need to exercise constantly, just watch your posture every time you move, when you get up and when you sit down, until you do it without even noticing.
Or don't and give up with another couples of month, I don't care.

Protip that helped me along the road to a better posture:

You're basically choosing an 8-hour window in which you're allowed to eat and the other 16 you can't eat a single calorie, is that right? Have it currently set up so that I eat from 12.30 until 20.30

Yeah, I did it to go from about 85kg to 75kg
It was super easy, took about 2mo, basically dieting on easy mode
It was literally as easy as skipping breakfast, eating lunch at 2, and eating dinner before 10

I'm cutting from 20% bodyfat, all the way to 12%. I'll most likely be at it for about 6 months. I'm cutting at 400 cals. Is there any way to prevent or minimize these fuckers? Like, would slowing down my cut to 300 cals deficit help? Or would that just be a useless way of prolonging the hell that is cutting?

I got my body into a 20-year routine of being a sack of shit by eating terribly and not doing any exercise, and then one day I started doing some, but the kicker is that I CONTINUED DOING IT, and started eating better.
Sometimes after a difficult session I still don't think it realises what's happening, based on how I feel.

i had it done, not much to say apart from it will hurt like living hell for about a week after and you will look like one of these dogs who got stung by a bee. it will seem like it's not healing but it just takes a long time, constantly bleed slightly, so try not to mess it up much when you brush your teeth.

Don't let them put you under because that's for children. Takes about 20 minutes of digging in your mouth at MOST. They're slightly more tricky cause how many roots. Your jaw will swell up like that time your uncle slapped his dick across it. Salt water and black tea to stop the bleeding. Let it sit in your mouth for a minute then drool it out. Legit. I squatted 2 plates on my debut, was up to 3 after 6 weeks. Find it hard to believe there are people on here struggling to move that weight after a year.
