How the fuck do the hodgetwins eat so little?

In this vid they show what the eat in a day. They eat three meals, which is only 1,320 calories. They are fucking 6'3 220lbs. I'm 6'4 180lbs and I struggle to gain weight and build muscle while eating atleast 3500 calories and around 180g of protein a day. What gives?

I take two a day of Nature's Way 5-HTP. I don't know if its a placebo effect or my whole lifestyle change, but I have felt genuinely better throughout my day. The biggest change is that it doesn't ruin my day anymore when I get angry and frustrated, it's only a passing mood and I can focus on the better things.

Hey non cancerous part of 4chan, im a 16 year old kinda short chubby kid (5' 9" 165lbs almost no muscle cus i dont work out or play sports) and ive lost a ton of weight over one year (50 lbs) by not eating breakfast or lunch. It works really well but is there anything i should worry about, cus im not eating enough food (less than 100 calories)

Has anyone here recovered from a serious back injury and continuted to lift heavy? I hurt myself squatting a few months ago, due to not bracing my core and supporting my back. This combined with a pretty extreme butt wink just wrecked my shit. I had daily pain and saw a physician who gave me a rehab program and told me I could go back to squatting and deadlifting once I learned these techniques. Well I have mastered the shit out of them and even added my own, harder variations. Now I only get pain after I've worked my back (light deadlifts and squats atm) but not daily like before. So my question is, has anyone experienced something similar and completely got rid of the pain? Is the pain kind of nescessary when you're trying to strengthen those muscles until you've healed fully? It feels like it's gets worse if I don't workout. I don't want to spend more money so help me brehs.

Stretch and Ice. Make sure to start over on squats and deads. I sit all day so I get some pain with that and lifting but if you ice and stretch properly I didn't have much

I want some gym feels, but I've only ever home gymed. How the fuck do you guys go hard without a spotter or power rack spotter bars. Do I need to recruit a gym bro?

you have a rack though. adjust the catches at the bottom so they don't hit you when you squat or bench, but just far up enough to save you from getting squashed if your rep fails. you don't need a spotter for diddys.

I was a runner before start lifting and my legs are disproportional from the rest of the body. Squatting 3x a week won't do much.

Pic related, didn't start lifting until 8 months into my cut, so alot of my growth has come from noobgain. I recently started implementing RPT training on just my compound lifts and am seeing even better gains while on my cut. I do cardio every day, and my job requires me to be on my feet 7-10 hours a day, so I don't even need to squat or have a leg day.

I'm 18 years old

I lift/exercise primarily for myself but I can't help but think about my qt gook high school oneitis whenever I get closer to my goals.

We weren't dating or anything, but we were pretty good friends and looking back I'm pretty sure she had a crush on me but I was too autistic to catch on. We both loved drawing and she even drew porn and shit for me. How could I be so fuckin stupid?

Anyhow, she went to a different college with her beta orbiter while I stayed in our hometown to go to a community college (Computer Science student) to save money. Now I go to school, go to the gym, play vidya, and wait for friends to come visit town so we can do shit. I go to the gym and work myself to the point of passing out because it fills the void; it helps me forget how damn lonely I am even though I live with my mother and brother.

I quit jacking off and watching porn because it's a waste of time and energy, time and energy that could be invested in lifting.

I have a job interview coming up in marketing and it pays $500-1000 a week, which is more than an inexperienced student like myself can ask for.

I'm beginning to see my life take form and come together but why is it that I still feel like I have nothing? Is it because I rarely see most of my friends anymore or I have no one to love?

This isn't meant to be a feels thread or anything, I just wanted to get this out of my system.

So why did you guys start getting /fit/?

Hey /fit/,

i started working out in oct. 2015 with freeletics (bw training), i was pretty slacky, no fitness / strength at all and could barely bench press 20lbs in summit...

i archived a pretty good fitness level (imho) and still working to improve, started lifting on top of my bw training in january..


well my question...
i am pretty thin, does it make sense to start dieting myself down already?

Get on a structured program, lift 3-5 times a week and eat in a surplus for two years. When you've done that, cut down to single digit BF% and there you have a good fitness level.
