I can't use a gas range and I have an oversized skillet that doesn't work as well as it should because my electric burners are too small.
I know I could buy an external propane burner, but that would be a pain in the ass to store when I don't need it.
I know that I could get a skillet with a thicker bottom for better heat distribution, but I just bought this one.
Are there any adapters or extensions for larger electric coils? Help
I've never even used a gas hob so I don't know what I'm missing out on. We had a wood stove at home and cooking with it is a blast, but it's a bit labour intensive and it gets really really hot.

It was fine. A lot of newer people were working afternoon and night, so drive-thru was a mess. I may have passed off actually having to stock that line on the day crew because fuck if I'm coming in to two empty lines and stocking everything on them. (Drive-thru was closed when I got in, but the lines weren't properly cleaned/stocked/top items stored in the walk-in).
