So... our neighbor is a shut-in style neckbeard who leaves the house once a week for a carton of cigarettes and a dozen cases of soda cans. He has groceries delivered from the local market so we don't know what he eats.
I will assume because he's morbidly obese and "disabled" because of this that his diet is complete and utter shit.
What would be a good food related gift to give to him this Christmas for putting up with our noise. (kids, dog, fighting/screaming etc etc etc)?
There are probably loads of people like him on this board...

Life is about creating your own lifestyle, not bowing into submission of others. The odd thing about him is he never makes noise, we never hear his shower running, sometimes we DO hear him unplug his headset from his videogames and the volume is ridiculous. Also his microwave every 30 minutes or so when he makes himself some food.
That being said, it's just part of living in condo, the bad thing about it is we own it, so we're stuck with it until the housing market swings back up and we can rent...

Well I in say 4 of a binge. It is amazing how my body puts up with this shit. Anyways im at that point where everything i put in me has no nutitionable matter. 4 days of beer, cigarettes, coke, and the nice dose of mdma (took to much)
I feel like i have robbed my body of everything it has left at this point. Anyone here a doctor?

Start drinking a little bit less each week. Eventually you'll stop getting head aches and you'll feel like you can function with out it. Might be a rough month or two, but that's how you do it.

buy caffeine pills and drink water. start with 1 pill in the morning and every weak halve the dose until you can function without it.
Acid really fucking killed coffee for me
I wanted to start microdosing acid but was curious about how a proper like tab feels like
I tripped balls but coffee has always given me paranoia and that reflected on the second half of the trip.
It really spooked the habit out of me. I just micro dose acid now and it keeps me awake really well and I can even fall asleep by the end of the day (no crash or paranoia+plus all the benefits of microdosing acid). Only downside is just have to alternate between acid, nbome, or some other analogue if I start doing it daily (usually just for work days)
What is your favourite burger variation? Why is it?
For me, it's the whole concept of "chicken" burger, bonus points if they put extra bacon on the burget itself.

Why does red meat irritate my colon. I cooked a steak last night, good quality, it was cooked similar to pic related though mine was a ribeye.
Woke up this morning with the shits and my gut has felt irritated all day. Happens any time I splurge and get a nice steak.

First of all i want to start by saying. I dont cook. Hardly ever. so you are going to have to approach this as if i have never cooked before

supply side, obviously. Just do what France does and withdraw subsidies for corn and sugar and give them to market gardeners and smallholders and bakeries, that's the primary reason France has such good food, it's state supported.
then demand side would mean subsidies for schools to cook their own food instead of Sodexho and mandated nutritional programs at every grade and brining back Home Ec.
Never happen, but it's not at all hard to come up with the right answer
