Why does this asshole only inhale Italian food?

As a chef, shouldn't he have a broader palate than that?

Guys can you share your favorite recipe (if theres any) to make a taco filling out of veggies? I'm looking to make my vegetable consumption a little more atractive than a plain salad

Sort of like the pic, my fav is a Corn and Black Bean salsa.

Buy corn on the Cobb and roast it. Cut the corn off.

Get a can of black beans and rinse them.

Chop up a red onion, a few roma tomato, scallion and Cilantro. Squeeze a lime into it. Add Salt

My sis is a vegetarian and she likes it.

She eats it with chips and we also make a Chalupa like taco bell has and she eats it with that and some cheese.

I make Chalupa with bean and taco meat and we finish them with a Sriracha sauce made with sour cream.
>>
My sister has this stuff called meal starter, and its some fake hamburger meat that she uses sometimes also. Season it with taco spice and you have fake taco meat.

Or you can heat up some refried beans and cook some rice and add normal salsa to the rice to make a spanish rice.

Then take the refried beans and smear it onto your taco shell then add rice and the other topping with cheese and sauce.

Usually I use this for beef stew or turn it in to Mexican shredded beef for enchiladas or tamales.

For stew you just cube it up and sear it in a hot pan and make yourself a nice stew as one would. Beef stock, veggies potato, Salt ect. I always finish mine with Dumplings once its thickened and cook the dumplings on top for 10 mins.

For Mexican, cut it into large chucks and sear them in a pan and when they are caramelized add Mexican spices, I use a spicy taco seasoning with lots of red chili and garlic. Then add beef stock and simmer until its very tender.

The beef should be spicy and shredded, good for Mexican meals.

I make a stew similar to guy's above, but with a pressure cooker because it softens the meat significantly and this cut is usually very tough and chewy.

Is there any reason, aside from the novelty of it, to eat bison instead of regular beef?

It tastes like a big woolly cow.
>>
It depends on what you mean by "regular beef".

If you mean that in the same sense as "normal food" (a term used by flyovers to justify eating fifth-rate garbage), then I'd rather eat bison because the worst bison farms are still not as bad as the worst "regular beef" farms.

I have no problem getting good quality beef though, and I prefer local. Since there is no local bison here, it's just a novelty.

Bison meat is leaner (healthier) and carries its own unique flavor profile.

Hey ck,

I want an in depth recipe for cannabis cookies. I don't like a lot of the ones I've seen on line as they seem to be full of crap and shitty ingredients so I thought who better to ask than someone who makes it.

I wanted to make them for Christmas. I have access to premium marijuana (Canadian + ADD + Epilepsy = legal marijuana license) about 21% THC and up to 30 grams. I had smoked for about two years every day ranging from one joint to several a day. But due to college I will not have smoked for 5 weeks by Christmas.

I would like to keep the recipe to a small batch (1 dozen). I don't want any bullshit recipes with boxed recipes or sweeteners. Also instructions for preferred decarbing would be great. Specify the amount of weed in grams as well please.

Thanks

You could just use any recipe you like, but substitute butter for that cannabutter stuff.

I might suggest gingersnaps. The spice might conceal the taste a little better, if that's a problem. I have no idea dude ayy lmao.

For 1 dozen cookies you should use like a half ounce of buds.

That way each cookie gets a little over a gram per cookie.

What you want to do is extract the THC from the buds with butter. And then just use the butter in any cookie recipe you have.

Just use the butter like you would with any normal butter.

This is how you infuse the butter:

Take a stick of butter, put it in a pan, add a cup of water and your 1/2 ounce.

Let it simmer for about 30 mins.

Strain out the buds and throw them away, all the good stuff is in the butter now.

Next you have to separate the water from the infused butter, so just set it in the fridge and wait. The butter floats and cools into a puck.

When its cold take your canna butter puck out and toss the water.

Use this clarified infused canna butter as butter in any food recipe.

On an unrelated note, I've finally decided to starting eating my chicken tendies rare. I flash bake them (bake them on 490 for 30 seconds) and they taste really good, especially with some siracha and curly fries.

I had this apparently not-so-unique, but practical idea. You don't need a colander or second pot to have pasta.

Fry ground beef and/or pork like you normally would. Drain the grease. Add your favorite marinara; jarred or homemade. If jarred, then fill the entire jar -- yes, the entire jar -- with water. Shake it a bit. That will remove any remaining sauce from the inside, and help cook the macaroni noodles. After the sauce has simmered for awhile, add the uncooked macaroni noodles. They will thicken the sauce by absorbing the excess liquid and take on some flavor.

Holy shit... it was amazing.

Alright, time to tell me why I'm a faggot, etc., etc.

What do you call those curly noodles with the ridges?
>>
>>7139194
Cellentani, but macaroni noodles sometimes have them too. This picture isn't OC. I found it on Google. But it was the closest resemblance to what I ate, including the ridges on the mac.
