That's actually how I pronounced it at first. It still feels like the best way.
The only characters whose names are pronounced differently in the west, though, are Cirno and Maribel. I'm pretty sure we'll all just use the Japanese way, it's not like us 2hufags even talk to each other regularly.

I noticed that because Japanese theaters let you reserve seats, you can actually see how full the seats are for the premiers of The Force Awakens.
