She has an 10% attack down ability too, so she'll be pretty good in conjunction with Oncidium.
You also have some nice support in Lantana's heal panels (which don't stack with Chocolate Cosmos', unfortunately) and Apple/Lily's skill boosts, though also a bit lacking in multi-hit skills beyond the rainbows/Tricyrtis/Chocolate Cosmos. But overall a very nice start, definitely better than my first few rolls of Tricyrtis, Sumire, Tricyrtis, Cosmos, Sumire and Cosmos (in this order, and with nothing else for the first four months, though some of this was back when gold chances were 3% so I guess it's still lucky).
