The Inquisition is never happy. At best it will tolerate you as long as the Emperor needs your existence.
You know? Doing an OW campaign with my group and I feel like this is gonna be fun. The thing with this is I feel like there's going to be a reason to have a dramatis personae. We'll have regular characters I can flesh out.
Usually when playing DnD there's no point and every character I have is throwaway since the PCs never stay in one place long.
I'm actually having fun writing up short descriptions for command and support staff!
You work your way down the hill the cabin rests on back near the totems in the clearing. You find a patch of long grass and lay in it. You take the time to dirty your robes for a better chance at staying hidden.
You lay looking at the sky. It's early evening and you haven't felt this exhausted since... well you haven't ever felt this exhausted.
You close your eyes and drift into a deep sleep. You dream you are walking down a never ending road... after a while you hear laughter. The same laugh from the woods. Two glowing red eyes appear in front...

If Khorne cares not from where the blood flows, only that it does, why don't his followers genetically engineer some kind of large creature to be as full of blood as possible and to grow up as quickly as possible? It takes almost two decades for a human to reach maximum size and thus have the most blood possible. It takes a cow a few years and it has more blood, and cows aren't even the most blood-efficient animal you could engineer!
