If you want real tactical action, try Riddle of Steel or Song of Swords. If you want variable powersets, go GURPS, HERO, or Savage Worlds.

Why did he release the Eldrazi? what could he possibly gain? And is what's happening on Innistrad perhaps also, as Jace seems to suspect, part of his master plan.

The problem is that, unfortunately, nobody knows - other than a longterm goal of regaining the power he had before the Mending, his goals are a complete mystery due to a lack of actual focus on him since Alara.
We know that he sent Sarkhan to the Eye of Ugin specifically to unleash the Eldrazi, because ???.
We know that he sent Tezzeret to Mirrodin/New Phyrexia, because ???.
We know that he killed Ugin a thousand years ago, and THAT one we have some sort of potential reason for (Ugin is probably an Elder Dragon and Bolas is quite fond of being the only one of those left, so he murdered Ugin)
Other than that, we honestly don't know.

So, /srg/, given how awful and polluted large parts of the globe are, especially whatever sprawl you happen to be running in, how do you keep yourself safe from acid rain and other pollutants? It's not mentioned enough, imo, that the air outside might blister your skin on an off day.

Personally, I prefer ponchos; they're cheap and available in a wide variety of patterns from almost anywhere, the plastic keeps the rain off for a few days, they can be disposed of or acquired easily for disguises, and they hide all kinds of goodies beneath the drape.
Plus, you can get a nice upscale one for when you want to be a regular citizen.

I doubt they'd have too many growths down there, there's no bone to anchor them, but the skin is probably still pretty rough and thick.

There's nothing particularly wrong with them, but you're right they stand out as particularly generic in a setting which otherwise has a strong sense of identity.

The orks of WAAAGH Grimsnag have been carried along from the excellent ork clan creation thread. Led by an insane weridboy, they're trying to rescue back the legendary warboss Tuska from his imprisonment in the warp. The threat of the orks accidentally tearing open a new eye of terror in the attempt imperils the entire sector.
A contested zone has also been created to distinguish between worlds fallen into anarchy or chaos, such as Schwarz Convictus, from the secessionists, and the secessionists have been given the placeholder name 'Heraclian Confederacy' (based on the prior discussion about our dictator's name).
As far as I'm aware, that's the next major topic of discussion - the specifics of our renegade ultramarine, his motivations and ideals and so on.

Finally, we managed to release the Weapons chapter and the Enemies section. We've done some heavy rebalancing since the last version release and Regalia's worked hard on reformatting the .pdf to allow for a standard printing size. Our next version will come in a couple of days. We rushed this release and we're well aware that there are some grammatical errors that need to be proofread.
