A rifle, an explosive device (rpg or mounted grenade launcher), a pistol, and a large knife.

Well we can't blame them for Chaos screwing them up either already inside their mothers' wombs or later on when a dude mutates into one years later.
But the fact that they are constantly aggressive for other reasons (and less justifiable), and the fact that they do worship the Dark Gods, shows them to have less justifications.
