Yo. I was rolling a Imperial guard, and I got an abhuman regiment from a wasteland.
I am kinda bored of the usual abhumans in lore, so I am trying to make and fluff up an abhuman strain. I need some ideas.
Right now, I have been thinking of a strain similar to flame falcons. This is strain that lives a very cold wasteland, that can burst into flames. The ability is side effect of their diet on the wasteland. On their own, this ability is okay-ish. But they have special suit that can contain them, and sometimes focus their fire.

Yeah, the flame falcons. I am trying to find a way for the imperium to more or less tolerate them.
My fluff so far is that their ability is purely chemical and organic. Their planet had wasteland with a lot of nasty chemical. Fire ability was developed as a side-effect to consuming some kinda dangerous chemicals, and a safeguard against some others.
Why aren't Caster Guns or other equivalent technology not a more common element in fantasy settings?
I mean surely, if you're a ruler in a world that has magic that only a limited number of people can use, you'd look into finding a way to make magic more easy and widespread for your armies to use, and having pre-prepared spells that any jackoff can use would be the best way, so why does nobody ever seem to try it?
Are the any major settings that have caster guns in them normally?
Flavour mostly. People want to be a fireball mage or a shooty gunguy.

What are Scrolls?
What are enchanted items?
Lots of fantasy settings have stuff like that. It's as common as dirt.

Given the evidently involved nature of their reproduction cycle, and how anti-hedonism their culture is, they probably take time off specifically for reproduction and don't initiate it otherwise.
No because Eldar did not have traditional nuclear families. A chaos god was born from their collective degeneracy. They all have multiple partners and orgies were the norm. No one got cucked (great meme there) because no one was committed.

Doubtful. She hasn't exactly been showing signs of recovery. The most recent depiction of her shows her ballroom dancing with a corpse like in Interview With a Vampire.
They didn't even try to ask her for help because they knew she wouldn't give it. Why would she help? What would she personally have to immediately gain? She doesn't care about Zendikar, she doesn't care about the safety of the multiverse, she doesn't really care about anything other than herself.

Maybe grox get you a really good return on investment? That's why we farm cows instead of say, deer or horse, because they give you a much higher amount of meat relative to the time and resources required to raise them.

Hello, and welcome to Beast Hunter Quest. Last thread we left off with the nameless MC narrowly escaping a horde of arachne having just saved a harpy from becoming their next meal.
From a clearing in the trees on the edge of a small cliff, you get a great view of what lies ahead, including the shining walls of the kingdom in the distance. Decima is actually already engaged. She is nobility however, so despite being 14 its normal, she's been taken since before she was concieved. On the other hand she is shy and autistic and a bit of a pyro, so not sure on whether or not she is wife material.

My LE necromancer is married. Playing him as the mobster-style LE so his family is what he cares most to protect. He is a pretty good spouse.
My current PC would be an amazing spouse, if it weren't for his devotion to the party leader. He's loyal, cautiously ambitious, patient, a good cook, and chased after an elven lord's ghost with nothing but an unattuned magic shortsword and rusty chain to save his boss by himself. He's a bit rough to look at, in a potentially ruggedly appealing way, and could afford to lose a few pounds, but he's a good cook and takes enough care of his horse to make local lords envious.
First time dm here. Any advice on how much to prep for the first session or any tips on how to create a campaign that doesn't suck ass?

Remember that anything the players haven't directly experienced doesn't actually exist. Feel free to move around ideas for things they can encounter.
If you were planning on having them go to a lava temple and they decide to go elsewhere, make it an ice temple and just switch the descriptors.
Reskinning monsters can make the players think they're a lot more bad-ass than they really are.
If you're using a D&D system (sounds like you are), have some pre-made statted characters...

I adore it and the setting, but it's got far too many fiddly little rules that are hard to remember, and if people aren't really on top of remembering their charms and dice pools, each turn is a long slog. Only with a very high level of competence (compared to other systems) do rounds stop taking a damn half hour.

I think it is fair to call out people trying to shoe horn every fucking thing into it. I use it for dungeon crawls when the group is in the mood and I shoot down any attempts for other dms to use it to run something outside of what it can do.

You still owed the tailor a 100 ducats for the flags, banners, surcoat and your outfit.
You notice that Edward already left for the church. You hadn’t seen him in a day, now. As you step outside, you wonder what to do first.
