Newfag here. Could you guys tell me where I can find highly regarded oil paintings, preferably that are from recent years. Not even memeing, I want to look up some paintings that are traditionaly good that I can apreciate, but I can't fund any database or site that host them. conversely, could you recommend me a contemporary artist that is highly regarded doing oil painting and what not

I guess by recent years you mean painters who are alive today? Just google for contemporary Russian painters. You might like Serge Marshennikov if you are into naked women and realism.

Ok /ic/ first time posting here for the most part i don't show anyone the shit i paint because 99% of its garbage. And i was wondering what some of you may think of what i painted. Any feed back would be nice negative or positive.
