What does that even mean?

2nd for the 21 flawless.
I want to start making prints for my art and selling them. I can't seem to figure out if it will be worth it to buy a good printer or have a printing company do them. Does anybody have experience in this or any advice?
>>2426737
Do it manually the old fashioned way with woodcuts. You'll be praised for eccentricity and trying to revive an old technique. People will buy your shit no doubt.
>>2427045
this

that's actually genius

Ello everyone. My name is Wendul. I am lost as fuck. Can someone help me find a way out?
>>2424111
Grab rope. tie around neck. Tie around bedframe. Jump out window.
There is your way out.
Any artists reading this, I have a favor. I have this gaming and animation club at college, it's pretty fun, but our logo sucks donkey balls. Pic related.
We need a new one. A better one. We need a logo that screams "video games and cartoons/anime". It has to incorporate those 2 things into one logo. Anyway is fine as long as it isn't sexually explicit or graphic.
Think you guys are up for it?

Sent ;)
>>2422691
Uh... I'm new to this thread, but I don't... See anything...? What did you send exactly?
>>2422699
he was just being cheeky. it's against the rules to request free art on this board, tho you might be able to get someone from a draw thread on a different board to help you. if you're willing to shell out some cash then you might get some takers, but something like this might be more up /gd/'s alley anyway
/IC/ what is your drawing routine?
>>2427576
thats some serious sameface
>>2427599
Holy shit, it's unnerving. All those dynamic poses and complex folds and then every single person has the exact same face. What the actual fuck.
>>2427599
christ. indeed. it's borderline obsessive pathological levels of sameface.
Should we have a health thread? Just tips that people found in taking care of their mind and body for the sake of remaining consistent with workflow.
Post your health tips/ articles here. Maybe realism when it comes to scheduling work when you're just starting out. Have you tried adderall to stay consistent? Have you learned not to drink coffee if you struggle with ADD or ADHD?
Don't take drugs, just eat healthy and set plenty of small, easily achievable fitness goals to focus on instead.
Your body will thank you for it.
- Milk, orange juice
- Fruits, apples, pears, bananas
- Cram spinach in with as much of your food as possible
- Tuna, almonds
- The occasional bread, potato and red meat
- If you want to eat fish, get cheap cod from a market
- Choose fitness goals that you can achieve quickly, in say 5 to 10 minutes. Do these frequently during the day when you're restless and need a break from work (at...

Some health tips myself (even so I am not that healthy because I don't sleep or eat properly)
-Exercise daily, it helps focus, a little jog or a long walk helps.
-Drink tons of vitamin C because having colds or the flu sucks (Anything else I can bare with I think)
-Avoid coffee, drink tea if anything (not because drinking coffee is not healthy, but because the less you drink coffee the more effective it is when you need it, developing a immunity to it is not the best)
I think I have some more...

Explain the spinach
I hate spinach
Lets say you havent drawn seriously for a year
You were used to do different kinds of studies, from life and imagination and etc.
But all of a sudden you stopped drawing, could be because life is getting stressful, lots of stuff to take care of, not so much spare time anymore.
This is my case, i havent been productive for a looong time, only been doodleling small stuff that i end up hating because it has no purpose.
How does someone get back into that drive of drawing all the time and feeling great about it?
Anyone know any exercises that...

how about you just go draw
Rome wasn't built in a day... go learn fundamentals, go learn your subject, everything takes time and having good fundamentals is the beginning for doing anything well.
>>2428239
>But all of a sudden you stopped drawing, could be because life is getting stressful, lots of stuff to take care of, not so much spare time anymore.
>not so much spare time anymore
Really? I think no matter what happens you can always spend at least 1 hour drawing every day.
Where do you guys go to get commissions? Do you just go to forums and beg for them? How do you get people to come to you?
>>2427924
Git gud, show up for two years being consistent with a certain theme around your work, and it being good, and you'll get an audience. Once you have that, you can just post up that you're doing commissions if people aren't asking you to do things for them already.
>>2428105
Post your work?
If your able to make that much I gotta see
4 months of work, restarted god knows how many times, but the end result I would consider art.
>>2428108
nice craft dude nice
def not art tho
I think it is, but I understand, kinda new and dont know where to post though.
I've read loomis, tried photo studying, pose studying, did gesture drawing and I still do them, but no matter what kind of body I draw, it always looks wrong to me
Like...
> I find a drawing of a female body, really well drawn
> I perfectly trace over it, look at what I traced, it's shit
Why is this happening !? It's as if I hate everything I draw...
Also, what's the best / fastest way to learn how to draw bodies ?
>Where is the magic shortcut?
There is none, anon, really, there is no magic shortcut. You just have to draw more to gain an understanding of the body.
Without that knowledge you gain by drawing a lot more, your traces will look shit.
Draw more bodies. Seriously, that's it.
Draw a body, spend some time identifying what you think went wrong. Draw again. Rinse and repeat.
I'm still shit, but I'm less shit than I was and I imagine I will be less shit going forward. Just don't stop.
>>2427301
Dude, it takes years to get a handle on this stuff. Stop being a weak minded pussy and go draw.
How do you go about studying a head reference? In my class at the moment we're partnering up with other classmates and drawing their heads. I'm finding it difficult to make a head that actually resembles the other person, but a head which does indeed look real and well-proportioned. I just can't seem to match the features I'm staring straight at.
>>2424780
Those heads are fucked up haha
Loomis. Hampton. Etc.

I’m currently trying to do a series of photos using a nude model as a subject for the first time. The one major issue I have to work around is the available space to shoot in, which is more or less like an 8x10 room. This makes it a bit challenging to get shots in which the subject is entirely in frame, as well as severely limiting the possible arrangement of lights. This also makes it a bit harder to find poses that do not look totally out of place or just strange.
I've rearranged/removed objects in the room a few of different ways, but in my opinion the majority...

if you wanted nude pics of a fat chubby guy why didnt you just use a timer?
>>2426288
In all seriousness, you should make it more apparent that you are using a male model because I don't think I've ever seen anyone shave their entire body that well.
