gotta Q for you because I can't find a straight answer and I figured you fags might have something to say about it.
My abs feel liked I did some work on them, like I had done some crunches, after I did squats today.
I figure this is normal since you use your core and blah blah blah but when I was looking around everyone says if you feel that you have or will get a hernia.
So what do you say /fit/?

Bro I fuckin tore my groin, something, idk. I suspect it's an inguinal hernia because when I squeeze my legs together there is a pain in my lower abs and groin that is so unimaginably painful it was worse than breaking a bone. For real dude, 10/10 pain scale for me. if you had a hernia it may not be painful but if something is sticking out (3rd testicle they call it) then yeah it is. Sometimes though it is so unbelievably painful but that suggests other groin damage too

Hey guys, first time on /fit/ I wanted to share a before and after for anyone that is struggling with committing to a lifestyle change. It can be done!
