I bought some yohimbine but haven't used it cause apparently you have to take it fasted, do fasted cardio, and then fast for 4 more hours. All while being on a cut. Doesn't seem worth it to me.

How did you do it? How did you get an idea she would say yes? I just assumed you can't think smiling and all that can't be a sign, since that's just something a good waitress would do. The only thing I can think of is if they stay at your table and actually talk.
So for both of you, I just moved to an area a few months ago. Every Wednesday me and some guys from work go out. We get the same girl, since we request her now. Lately I was just talking to her about a screw up at work and how bad it was, now we have a running joke where she'll get a kick out of some embarrassing life stories and she rates how bad they are. Kind of the running joke now. Even then she'll always come and talk to us fora good time before too. my friends from work think she likes me and I should go for it, I always thought it was taboo. I rarely see this brought up on /fit/ but the portion size that fat people consider normal is actually not normal at all. If you are fat, take what you eat and cut it in half. That's what a normal person should eat.
Also water is the only thing you should drink with a meal. It is not normal to drink 140 calories with every meal.

1/4 cup steel cut oats
1 cup milk
1 scoop protein powder
1 raw egg
1 frozen banana

My last breakfast:
- 50 g soybeans (soaked, washed, steamed)
- 50 g kidney beans (soaked, washed, steamed)
- 50 g cannellini bean (soaked, washed, steamed)
- 150 g asparagus (steamed)
- 100 g cauliflower
- White tea
After a dump,
- 50 g whole buckwheat wheat spaghetti
- 5 g tofu pesto sauce
What I usually have:
Put oats in bowl,
Add water
Throw in microwave for 1:30
Optional: Chop up a banana and mash it in
Add a little milk
Dash of cinnamon.
What I sometimes have:
4 eggs omlette with soy sauce mixed in.
I always drink a cup of milk and a coffee.
With these I can function until lunch time.
