For real though, how I can avoid xenoestrogens? I've already cut plastic out, but at the same time, it can be in soaps, shampoos, literally everything. Memorizing the list of chemicals to avoid seems to be too extreme, but at the same time, I want to keep my T as naturally high as possible. Anyone have a few guidelines?

How much do you think Jason Statham could pull in the 4 big lifts? He's always jacked and probably on the juice when preparing for roles, but he's short as fuck.
