Is it okay to go to the gym after taking some pain killers?

When doing OHP are your elbows supposed to go straight up in line with your forearms, or is it ok if they go out a bit?
When bench pressing, your shoulder blades should be pulled back, right? this way your back is arched. I lose this posture after the first or second rep, why? how to fix this?

should i consider ingesting salt tablets if i'm only getting around 1200mg of sodium daily from my food? I find that i'm thirsty and can't retain water well and i think its cause of a sodium deficiency, are there dangers of having too much sodium from the tablets?
Its been two weeks on becoming vegan and I gotta say this was the best idea I've ever had. Literally I've never felt better. No more diarrhea shits, no more bloating, no more feeling sick. Just everything feels so much better.

I have been cutting for the past few months and have dropped from 5'10" 175lbs to 5'10" 160lbs. The last two weeks I have decided to amp things up a little more by continuing my weight training as is, running, eating only 1500-1900kcal, and doing Yohimbine HCL/ 200mg Caffeine in the morning.
This week I weigh a full pound more than I did last week.

In my experience, cutting is a unknown science. I eat almost everyday the same things. Some weeks I drop 1 lb some weeks 2, some weeks, 0. Do not get worried about weekly fluctuations. Worry only at the montly score.

Yup, stop eating at 8pm, Yohimbine around 6am-8am depending on what I have going on that day, and then start eating again at 12.

I've been a fat autist most of my life, and i just recently started getting /fit/. I am finally in a decent shape and I started going out often to fix my autism. The problem is, I can't dance for shit. I have rhythm, but I have no moves at all. Considering I mostly frequent dancehall and edm parties, this is quite a problem. Any tips, how did you learn?

Don't compare yourself to others too much and don't ego lift. Who cares if some guy benches more than you or squats more than you when you can bench more than you could or squat more than you could in the past

I think it's great in several ways (moral/ethical, health, environmental)
But it is very difficult to incorporate into your life, especially from a fitness standpoint.
I tried some vegan high-protein recipes for one day. Everything felt like chewing on salty rubber :|

I hadn't been to the gym in a while and I wanted to see if I could 1 rep what I used to do for 5 reps. My friend was sitting there staring off into lala land instead of doing his job as spotter. I got stuck underneath the weight for like 20 seconds and pretty much made an idiot out of myself.
