What's wrong with using exclusively machines in my workouts?
Pros: Convenient, form is never an issue, no spotter needed. My goal is just aesthetics and I won't be competing or anything. So long as diet is in order and progressive overload is in place is there anything wrong with having a mechanic routine?

Form is often an issue with machines. The inability to adjust the motion to fit your proportions/injuries/goals/etc can screw things up pretty badly.

Is homemade fried rice bad for cutting? Ingredients are pretty much just rice (though I went a little light on the amount in it), chicken, a heap of random veges, s&p, egg and a tiny bit of worchestor & soy sauce.

I started at 430 and got down to 280. It was a hard-fought battle, every 20 pounds I lost I gained 10 back. I never addressed my emotional eating habits, I never redefined my relationship with food as fuel first pleasure second.
When I broke my shoulder, my bad habits dragged my fat ass back up to 375.
Something clicked, and since then I've consistently dropped weight without regressing - a few cheat days...

Can someone redpill me on PPL?
I've seen a lot of hype about PPL over strength routines lately and wondering if I should switch.
I'm at 1/2/3/4 right now and care about size more than strength at the moment. Unfortunately I visited snap city and might have to cut legs for a little while so I need an upper body routine 4 times a week which is why I was thinking of switching temporarily as well.
I'm currently doing 5/3/1 BBB with added assistance exercises for bis, tris, pullups, etc.

Now that I've recovered, I've had a horrible (but totally expected) discovery.

Now that I'm looking at the picture, my upper body is actually MORE disproportionate than his.
I have larger pecs/ shoulders/ arms.
My legs are still muscular and I have nice quads, but my calfs and quads are still really small comparatively

Definitely seem able to think more clearly, coming up with revelations, make better decisions, have been drawing for the first time in years and creativity is flowing.
