Definitely not natty, but lazy in the gym. Considering they are models instead of bodybuilders, this is to be expected.
I'm really fucking struggling with this. I'm 5'8" at 145 and I'm trying to bulk but healthily.
How do you guys do it? Most meals I eat by my calculation are around 400 - 500 calories. I get 240 calories from a protein scoop and milk, 100 calories from a fruit smoothie, so I'm averaging on maybe 1700 calories.
The only day I got close is when I ate a subway sandwhich.
What do you guys eat that's healthy and bulks you in a meal? All my friends who used to play football said they ate whole pizzas.

Eat fattier cuts of meat, as fat is OK so long as you don't over do it.
Also eat more carbs. Add two cups of brown rice or white rice to your meals. There you go. The key is to hit your protein and then fill in the rest with carbs (unless you are doing keto and need more fat). I try to keep my fat around 100 gs (I'm six foot though). I adjust the carbs depending on what I'm trying to hit for the day. Rice and beans are dirt cheap so you can afford to eat more of them.

So I have been working on fitness maybe 7 months now, only getting really serious last month and half.
Previously I weighed 218 pounds and was pretty round I dropped down to 188lbs through lack of eating and constant exercise.
Now I wasnt lifting properly so my gains were bad but I did burn that fat ring around me and currently am sitting at 17%body fat and back at 200lbs. I run and lift everyday with no experience. I am 28.

Things I noticed: I think I don't squat low enough and my back is a little arched when picking up the weight in a deadlift. The reason I think I do the latter is because the weights I use are only half the diameter of the weights more common in the US. (Most gyms in Germany use the weights I have, but I'll buy olympic ones next month)

Squat: 60/63,8 = 0,94bw
Bench: 40/63,8 = 0,62bw
Deadlift: 65/63,8 = 1,01bw
I want to go for 1.5/1/2 bodyweight for squats/bench/deadlift

I've started eating these little soy protein cubes
They're like 50% protein and I've started eating them at breakfast since they're surprisingly good and don't have that many carbs or calories for when I'm cutting
Someone told me that they increase estrogen levels though? Does anyone else eat these? Is this something I should be worried about?

Is training fasted something you shouldn't do under any circumstances or it doesn't matter at all? Should i eat something before hitting the gym in the morning while im on a cut or is it better to train fasted?
you'll have to try it and see, some people can do it and some people can't. personally i can have some coffee and a piece of fruit and lift as well as if i go after lunch.
minimally get your protein in before and a 40/30/30 after
Training fasted can be fun, but you'll have less energy and be less able to push yourself to the limit most of the time. Occasionally you'll hit that one fasted session once you're used to it that makes you wish every session could be like it, fasted or not, but it's rare and won't happen if you're thinking about your hunger.
