Why do people stay fat, /fit/?
Seriously, I don't understand it.
More or less everybody (in developed countries, anyway) has access to the internet, and thus access to almost all of human knowledge.
Everybody, presumably, understands (at least at a basic level) that the universe is underpinned by certain physical, mathematical laws, and that everything that happens is caused by something else. How long have you lifted? I'm only 4 months in but I've noticed my quads have been the most notable muscle growth of all my muscles. Definitely don't look like that though lol.

While I did not have ed like you, i also had some problems down there.
What helped me was the good old “fake it till you make it“. I acted like a had the greatest cock ever and that every woman simply wanted me to fuck their brains out. Adopt the mind of a sexual alpha. And in addition to that, I trained hard, ate well and did some cardio. Also lot of sun, movement and fresh air in general.

Just stop whatever you're doing (whatever you are using to procrastinate) and do some chores. No headphones, no tv. Just focus on the chore at hand. The hardest part is getting yourself to go do it.
When there is something you have to do just do it. Thinking about how hard it will be or how much you don't want to do it it makes you feel worse than actually doing the task. Overcoming laziness is a muscle that you have to build up.
