Me and my girlfriend are dieting and she says she wants a cheat day once a week, were we go out as a couple on a date, have a nice dinner, dance or watch a movie and have a fun time. I personally am against the idea of a cheat day.
For those of you that cheat. What kind of food do you eat? Do you go straight for the pizza or ice-cream?Are there any restaurants that offer healthy options where she can cheat hard and I can cheat less?

- 2 chicken sandwiches
- 20 chicken nuggets
- large waffle fries
- 2 cookies
That's what I eat for the whole day. In one sitting.

6' is average in Sweden. Below average height is never good.
But they really really like people who are not blond over there. And Swedish girls are sluttier than girls from just about any other country. And you can still find shorter girls who you'll tower over. Just get them alone and you'll be fine.

The dosing is pretty much tried and true for years and years now. Def the standard to follow.
I never go above 12.5e on any dose just due to the side effects it gives me (excessive pit sweating, hand shaking when trying to hold still, nausea which is probably from the guaf they add to make it legal to sale.
If you're not over sensitive to the side effects follow that guide.

That's what I started on. I loved it. A little more upper body focused than SS which would have been my other option.
The real Phrak's Greyskull doesn't have the accessories on there you just add them yourself but that's not a big deal at all.
If it looks good to you I would go for it.

To tell you the truth you will probably never look like that. I'd say only 1% of the population have that small of waist with that wide of shoulders. That's not to say you can't look good though.
To answer your question it will probably take around 2-3 years to get that much muscle mass.
