I've done 600mg DNP ED too, it really isn't that bad IF you can be neet for the duration of your cycle, if not run a low dose or do something else

I'm 6 ft, 158 lbs, around 15%.

I'm lifting on and off since December 2015. I started of as a skelly at 127 lbs at the same height.

My journey:

First few months: did just machines, felt good because I was working out but no gains were made.

After that: stronglifts, strength gains, body weight gains, didn't like the results (I basically only built legs, upper body was the same).

So in the summer 2015 I started doing my own PPL routine and I gained a few pounds, although routine was probably shit.

Then in the autumn 2015 I started doing stronglifts again and the lifts went up even more, but I still didn't like the results (no arms, no good back, no chest, only delts are okay, and legs of course).

Now I started doing some routine that I bought from a natty youtuber and it's basically training 2 times a week, one day is stength day, the other is high volume, and other 2 days are accessory work (neck, forearms, calves).

I think I'm fucked up in the head, I can't stay consistent on one routine. The problem with strength routine is that I like doing them (5x5 stronglifts), but it fucks with my head too much. I'm not seeing the results I want, although I get satisfaction with strength gains - but that's not my goal. Also, I got injured doing squats (form matters, but you can't keep perfect form when lifting heavy - yes 2pl8 squats are heavy for me)

I want to look big in clothes and good without them.

When I start doing splits (PPL, U/L, whatever...) I feel like I'm actually getting smaller. I know I'm probably delusional, but that's how I feel. I can't see any progress with splits (maybe haven't been doing them for long enough to see body progress & I certainly don't see strength progress on them).

My lifts when I was on the peak of SL5x5

Squat - just below 2pl8s
Bench - barely 1pl8 (by far my weakest lift)
Deadlift - 290 lbs
OHP - 92 lbs

Now, give me some advice what the fuck do I do? I know I need to stick one routine, but it fucks with my head which one.

Guys say that you need to build strength base first - then some other guys say that's bullshit if you want looks.

There are studies for one thing and then you find the studies against the same fucking thing.

I'm fucking lost and need a wise voice to guide me.

No. Stop. The only short guys I know who haven't had "luck" with a woman are the ones who meet the same unfortunate, overthinking, hikikimori fate as their tall-equivelant friends... Can't even say clothes, money, or acne even means no GF because hory shet.

The most confident (or seemingly confident) guys I know who have dated 10/10s were fucking 5'5"-5'7". Friends right now with 2. One has a beautiful sweet gf, the other cheated on his gf with an older woman but she was kind of a cunt so I don't know about that whole situation. They both don't have a lot of money at all, have alright jobs, but they're funny and seem not so worried about themselves I guess?

What are some /fit/ approved headphones?

I was using Bose FreeStyle until they finally died recently, now I am thinking of trying something new, maybe JayBirds X2. Wondering if wireless would be worth trying out?

wasnt until i started getting serious fucking cardio in (sprints, jogs, kettlebell swings) on top of a lifting routine/diet that my body started to change
