Some fruits or veggies cacan be good for pets but certain types can also be extremely bad.
Also, cats are carnivores and cannot gain any proteins from anything but meat. A vegan cat will die.

What would be a good strength program for someone like myself, been lifting for a little over a year started off doing reg parks beginner routine before switching to a 3 day split cause i wanted to get joocy. current lifts are
Bench - 85 kg
Squat - 120 kg
Dead - 150 kg
OHP - 60 kg

There are days i take pwo and dont feel like using the bathroom, but i go anyway and purge. I dont think i know anyone who used pwo and never had to run to the bathroom. Its just such a huge shot of caffeine.
I'm partial to GAT Nitraflex. Occasionally it'll set things in motion & I'll shit out what seems like 15-20 lb of feces. I don't mind this, except for timing wise it can be somewhat annoying as I can leave the house for the gym not feeling like I have to defecate & it suddenly hits me when I arrive at the gym. I just prefer to shit in the comfort of my home with my butt wipes near by. Not a big deal though.

this is a normal thing, especially for non-whites. The lactase enzyme is really only needed for a short time after birth (while drinking mother's milk). however, northern europeans used dairy as a staple part of their diet with the cold winters requiring longer lasting foods such as cheese so whites tend to handle milk better. In the end though we aren't supposed to be drinking milk our whole lives so often the lactase enzyme fades out as we age

Yeah thats what I have been seeing. I'm a white dude and typically drink milk with every meal. Lately though I have been getting stomach cramps and terrible diarrhea shortly after meals. Often running to the bathroom 5 or 6 times for several hours afterwards. It sucks because I ice cold glass of milk with food

If your stomach undergoes some sort of trauma like crit level food poisoning or gastro it can cause it to set in.
Also if you have some other sort of food allergy you're much more liikely to develop it.
I went the double, got coeliac disease and had gastro food poisoning at once.
Is Max Lang one of the few natty Olympic lifters? He was European weightlifting Champion for 77kg. Soft appearance (compared to roiders), small size, small muscle built over time for strength. I think he's natty.

i had a pre cancerous mole when i was 15 and got it removed. i had it for years and got tons of sunburns literally horrible sun burns (blisters, boils) and all it happened to be was pre cancerous. just got a derm and get it removed and if you have more moles that are irregular shaped on your body get those removed to and get them shipped for a biopsy. melanoma is super dangerous and i can't have you dying on me bro.

I need help please. So long story short I realize that I have a bit of gyno.. It's a mild case, like the pic I posted.. might even be less worse than that.
I can feel the lumps under my nipples.
I did a shitty cycle months ago of just plain test.. (I say shitty because clearly I wasn't paying enough attention to my estrogen levels.. I WAS taking arimidex but not in a nice pattern at all)
I did use nolvadex for PCT I think I got the mild gyno after my pct was finished.
