I'm currently trying to learn about how to cut and bulk, but i have a few questions:
When do you start to either cut/bulk? is it a certain time of the year/ schedule that everyone goes by or when ever you feel like it, or only when you are trying to gain size?
What is yo-yo dieting? I think i know what it is but im not sure if im right. Are there better alternatives to it?

you gotta burn the calories to make your body want it you cuck. when i started i ate 5000 calories and 8 meals a day every 2 hours and it took me like a week for my body to crave food every 2 hours and if i didn't eat i'd get sick. muscle through it you pussy.

I'm curious if any of you guys have piece of shit friends. How to you look past them being just complete asshole?
I have a friend that has been a good friend for a while and here lately he's become a real piece of shit.
