He had pectus excavatum fixed about 4 years ago, since then he bodybuilds and does kick boxing and BJJ for cardio.
So fit, what would you do if you were this height and his current build?

Started cut in Dec. Cut went well until Apr. Kept diet decent for the last month but slacked at the gym so I kept the weight off. 5'10 230-206. I Diet is at 1800cal. I really want to do an aggressive cut over the next 3 months to get down to 180 before school starts. Any tips?
