So, it's a well known fact that there are all kinds of shills on 4chan (posters who get paid to essentially advertise products or popularize opinions anonymously). It's gotten fairly obvious on certain boards what these shills are pushing.
The question is this: are there shills on /fit/? It seems to me that given how scummy and scammy the fitness industry is in general, there ought to be a shilling presence here.

The estrogen are mainly contained in the fat, so by drinking skim milk (moderately) you largely avoid this issue. The "whole milk is healthy" has always been a meme.

I honestly doubt that low doses of estrogen taken orally will effect anything.
So for the past 4-5 months i've been training almost every day at the gym for at least an hour, but i'm not really seeing any results.
I think it's my diet, i consume enough protein, but may be lacking elsewhere, can any of you /fit/ bros tell me what the best thing to add to my diet would be, or the easiest way to change my diet or add something to it to make my workouts more effective.
My diet consists of;
-Banana & shake for breakfast (with creatine)
-6-9 BCAA tablets (taken throughout the day)
-Shake with creatine post workout
-1 usually carb packed meal at some point in the day
-Multivitamins & Omega 3

lifting weights? i dont understand how you kids can't eat <3500 calories a day. do like 20 minutes of cardio and you'll be able to eat it all if you're actually lifting weights. also dont drink liquids when you eat and eat every 2 hours and span it out between like 8 meals.
