So since I switched to a high protein diet I keep getting skidmarks in my underwear. How do I stop this besides washing my ass after every shit.

it's only 11am
probably gonna have a salad with pork for lunch
just finished 2 pieces of toast with peanut butter
still hungry as fuck but got a big dinner ahead of me
gonna make some satay chicken with some veggies and rice bruhs
can someone calc the macros?
1 cup jasmine rice
300ish gram chicken breast
bit of peanut butter + satay pack lets say 100 cals
about 200g veggies

Protip: Gymtimidation is mostly a myth. We're all happy to see anyone in the gym working to improve themselves. It's a holy place, and we always want more worshipers at the church of gains.
I've always hated their ideaology. They ban people who look intimidating, have policies against certain exercises, have that stupid alarm, and then they leave a bowl of Tootsie Rolls at the front counter and serve pizza.
For a business model I could see exactly why it works to keep people fat and still have them pay you to work out. But people who are serious about their goals shouldn't bother.

The amount of water you're carrying around can make your weight fluctuate substantially. In order to gain a whole kg of actual solid mass, whether it was muscle or fat, you'd have to have eaten a surplus of several thousand calories that day.
You can't always trust the scale. Make sure to take other measurements - you waist for example.

Because girls will tell you they want bearmode, otttormode, bigarms, dadbod, skinny twinks etc. This shit will change from girl to girl and with the weather or whatever fad is popular. There are fatfucks who slay top pussy daily it almost doesn't matter. Lifting for girls will help you with the small percentage of girls who like that look, it will do little for most girls and will rarely win a girl on its own. Lifting for girls is a fools errand.

Anyone here feel kind of weird after eating something with gluten? eg. Spaghetti
Ive been noticing this for a while, everytime i eat rice which contains no gluten i feel better than if i were eating noodles or pasta. Im asian too and asians arent prone to gluten intolerance.

You might have a mild intolerance but probably it's nothing. You would 100% know if you had something like crohns (the symptoms tend to give it away e.g. bloody diarhea).

You do know that 99% of gluten intolerance is a meme, right ? The proportion of people who have gluten intolerance is abysmal and they have real issues.
Rice is still the healthiest carb you can eat, hence why you feel better, but it's for a load of reasons unrelated to gluten.

Sup fit. Been lifting for a year, but I've been slacking on mobility/stretching and it's catching up to me. My hamstrings are very tight, my hips and back are less mobile than I'd like them to be.
I've been looking into a bunch of stretching exercises, and I'm happy to do them every day. My question is, will doing stretches more often than that help? Is there a possibility of overdoing it? I work from home, so I could do them 3-4 times per day, easy. I want to get them mobility gains as fast as possible, and once I'm happy I would switch...

I know /fit/ will come through, so I'm rewarding you with "who do you lift for" tier girls from my Facebook friend list.
I used to be pretty religious about my stretching. And I was more flexible back then, but I was also in pain constantly! Not pain, but like, I always felt tight, like I needed to stretch more even during the day when I was just sitting around.
Then I stopped stretching. And I'm not as flexible, but I also never feel tight. And I'm not so unflexible that it actually effects or limits me at all.
In short, I discovered that stretching is a meme and you literally shouldn't do it unless you actually need the flexibility.

Experienced lifter in my teens/early 20's was in great shape
I am now 30 with a muffin top. Beer belly and love-handles. I'm 6' 220 lbs.
I still bicycling (no running on account of water balloon knee from dislocation). Did it for 3 months 2 hrs a day with little results. But still ate like shit.
Just started lifting again but what do I do about my beer belly from wasting my late 20's on booze and bullshit?
What would be the best diet for someone that still does bike cardio and beginning lifting again?
