/fit/ is there any fucking protein powder that doesn't have artificial sweeteners like aspartame in it?

Don't care whether it's actually carcinogenic or not, it tastes fucking revolting. Every time I have to suppress throwing up.
Dunno what whey tastes like unsweetened, but it can't be worse than the sticky sweet aspartame. It's a milk product. Isn't it sweet enough already? Am I alone in thinking this?

Do you guys have any suggestions or recommendations? All I ask for is an easily solvable whey powder that doesn't taste like sugar death.

If your goal is to cut weight,

Is it more important to eat "Clean" (ex. no fast food) or to eat in a caloric deficit

My TDEE is around 2800 calories.

I've been eating at no more than 1700 calories per day. A deficit of around 1100 calories. However, the 1700 calories are coming from mainly fast food.

Been eating like this for 3 weeks and haven't lost a pound of weight.

Where did the "carbohydrates" meme come from? Why do almost all normalfaggots believe that carbohydrates are exclusively what makes you fat? I'm in nursing school and about 90% of my classmates believe still believe this even though we've been through a 300 level nutrition course.

Natural tans are hit and miss. Fake tans are cancer. I tanned a couple times during the winter to try and hide puncture marks and bruising from being a drug addict but outside that i see no excuse to do that shit. Looks repulsive.

140kg bench
100kg OHP
140kg front squat
200kg DL

They're not big goals, but recovering from an injury that's prevented me from deadlifting and squatting for months now will hopefully speed me on my way. 1RMs before injury were 100kg bench, 75kg OHP, 100kg front squat and 170kg DL.

I'm a TC (Which stands for Tank commander) in the United States military and lately ever since Trump won the republican nomination and his speeches about planting boots on the ground to fight against ISIS and possibly syria I've been getting it on my head about possibly leading my platoon to destroy every enemy that my orders set out me to do. So I did Ostarine 2-3 months ago and recently did a blood test. Someone recommended that I take HCG along with PCT (Clomid). I've read people saying otherwise, is this true?
