Personally speaking it fucked me up pretty fucking bad.

Crossfit is probably better, I've tried my best too avoid both but Crossfit is better imo. Also Crossfit seems to attract qt fit grills.

i lost 100 pounds. i thought i did it the right way. i didn't do it too rapidly. i did it with strength training and moderate cardio, instead of endless cardio. my bmi is now in normal. but i still ended up with loose skin and i hate myself and everything. people think i look good with a shirt on, nice arms, slim torso. but if i take it off i know everyone will look and it'll be gross. i dont have 10 grand for abdominoplasty. i mean i could maybe do half that but i dont think there's anywhere that cheap (that would be reputable.)

call every city and state health department or university you are willing to drive to.
I can't hold a normal job because it is extremely painful to stand for 8 hours even with breaks. My lower back gets extremely sore, my flat feet ache and blister, and my leg muscles just give out after a few shifts in a row.
When I first discovered I have this problem I was 292 (6 foot 3) and grossly out of shape so it wasn't all that surprising, but since then I have lost 90 pounds and got in way better shape, yet standing for 8 hours is still excruciating to the point where I can't work.
What do?

Guys I want to buy some new shoes that I can wear for gym and also occasionally to do some other sport. Show me what you are wearing and maybe some shoes you wish to have. It also has to be ideal for squats/deadlifts as well as running

There isn't a shoe that exists that can do all things well. Best to get a few different shoes. Also, what sport?
For squats and dead you can do them barefoot/with socks on.
For running it'd be a good idea to get good running specific shoes. You can buy last years models to save money. I got my current ones for $55 (originally 110 or so when they came out).
If I were you I would buy a cheap as fuck paor of plimsols from H&M or something to do lifting (if you have good enough ankle dorsiflexion to do full depth squats - if not you can buy some fairly cheap lifting shoes online that arent jewy adipowers or romaleos) and then save up for some running shoes that fit well.

This is probably my ninth attempt. I feel awful and all I want to do it smoke, please motivate me not to and yes I'm a total faggot for starting during adolescence and thinking I was so cool inhaling carcinogens.
Everytime you feel like smoking; punch yourself in the nuts. Soon enough you won't want to smoke anymore.
Just cut back. I went from a few smokes before bed to not even really needing them anymore.
You could also try looking for something stupid you want but would never buy and only save for it with cigarette money.
