Every day I see people coming on here asking what the heck they're supposed to do after Starting Strength or a similar beginner's program. There are plenty of good strength programs to move on, but if the main goal is to get swole, the standard recommendations seems to be just "ppl", which is pretty ridiculous because the routines people come up with are fucking terrible, and basically just an arbitrary collection of exercises, sets and reps.
So I decided to throw something together that might actually be useful to these people.

Yes, since I've already done it a few times.
Main thing is getting on top of it (from behind, as coming from the sides or front is dangerous) and holding its mouth shut. Using your shirt as a blindfold helps too, since they react much slower after that. When you're on its back, keep your legs under its hind legs, so it can't do its death roll.

I've been doing SS and accessories for one year (and as you can see not getting a surplus). Currently I'm forbidden to going to the gym before seeing the doctor due to possible posture problems.
I was wondering if I have wide hips or it's just an illusion caused by my narrow shoulders and maybe some quad development. So whats the verdict?

Is Planet Fitness that bad? There's one right up the road from where I live, otherwise I would have to take a 20 minute drive to Club Fitness. I plan on going around twice a week

My TDEE is 2500 calories and I'm aiming to lose 1.5lbs a week. I'll be doing this during the holy month of Ramadan. I'll eat two meals consisting of 950 calories and maintaining a deficit of 600 calories a day. Aiming for the 40/40/20 ratio (40% protein, 40 carbs, 20% fats.
