I'm a really big fat fuck and I've begun a crash diet that blows all you pathetic cutfags out of the water.

I'm 6'6.5 and I weigh 290lbs of pure flabby squishy blubber.

The only thing I ingest all day is 1.5 scoops of whey in 2 cups of cashew milk, for lunch. Nothing else.

I do about 30 minutes or so of cardio every day, and I never feel hungry or weak.

I've been doing this for 6 days now, and I'm losing a couple of pounds every 2 or 3 days.

Since I'm not looking to gain muscle and only want to lose fat, this seems like the most efficient way to do it.

Prove me wrong.

Okay fit this is a COMPLETELY serious thread. I am not trolling.

One of my best friends from HS, who is a very athletic girl has always been in love with me. We don't talk as much anymore since we graduated but a couple times a year she will contact me and says we should hang out.

She has a 7/10 face and kind of looks like Serena Williams except darker skinned. Her body is literally like pic related except a little more toned. I would fuck her to be honest but never did cause of the stigma of fucking a masculine woman. She's not my true type, but fuckable with a great ass if you can get past the muscles.

She is one of the top swimmers and track and field girls in my state. Her older brother plays college ball and will be drafted to the nfl most likely. Her two younger brothers were skinny at 14 and within a few years they are fucking massive and star athletes at our old school.

I am white, 6'1 with 10% body fat working on building muscle, I've always been lazy but excelled I sports when I played them.

Now here's the deal, I've seen studies about how white men black woman couples are the most stable. This is my question. Should I literally fucking marry this woman and have alpha Chad mixed race sons?! My love of rap music also means they may be talented rappers or producers.

What do you guys think? This is not a joke. I am legitimately wondering?

Situation: The girl you like/are chasing shows up with a male companion. It's not clear whether they're together or not. They are coming towards you, but haven't seen you yet.

Want to stop being a fat fuck but have almost zero motivation to stick with it. I'll do shit for awhile then i just fall back into bad eating habits and not doing any kind of physical activity. A lot of it is from stress and depression, but i need something to do when i start to fall back into bad habits. I don't want some insane workout plan, i don't want to eat the perfect diet. I want shit that's as easy as it gets for when i lose my motivation. Now im back to 200 and i dont know what to do, I feel like im a literal Jason Genova.

These last few weeks ive begun eating less to try drop back down again to the 160s.

I don't understand how I can gain the fat back so god damn easily, it literally takes no effort to gain the weight, but FUCK loads of effort to lose.

I eat what ever I want, but what I want tends to be generally healthy choices. Having a 3300 cal maintenance is pretty nice. I'm not shredded by any means, but I also don't want to be if it means I'll weigh a measly 185 lbs. at 6' even I'm trying to slowly bulk to 200lbs. Only 5 away.
