I was at the grocery store today and I noticed dog food is cheap as hell, 30 cents a can, I was wondering how much protein dog food has? the label on the dog food just said "8% crude protein"

AFAIK they have a 'Queen Bee' who has all sorts of social gains. At my sister's school the lower years aren't even allowed to wear jackets when it gets cold because it upsets the more socially dominant girls.
I'm 370ish pounds right now. I'm tired of being disgusting. I read the sticky and for now I'm sticking to a diet and light walking, but I want some input from you guys. Current Diet:
Breakfast - Coffee Lunch - One egg with half a bagel or a P3 pack Snack - Yogurt or fruit Dinner - Lean beef or chicken breast
I've been doing this for about 6 days now and have already lost 9 pounds but I just want to know if I can add/remove anything to make it more efficient. Thoughts?
Ive been starting to run for 3 miles But im horrible at it. I can barely keep the pace for 2 minutes. Will my runs get better the more i attempt to run these 3 miles?
Is there some kind of routine for running? If i want to run for 3 miles?
