Don't hate me but i'm genuinely curious, I want to lose fat I have cause its beach time soon. How reasonable is a 1000 caloric deficit if I eat most of it protein, and still workout? Is it not recommended?
I am doing a 500 - cut but I want to speed things up.
TLDR Is 1000 caloric deficit safe and or will I lose all muscle. I just want to lose fat in time for the beach

Your body doesn't know what you're trying to do. It just knows how to survive. When it goes into a heavy deficit it will want to keep fat and lose muscle because muscle needs more energy than fat.

I have obvious abdominal muscles, likely more so than that of an average person WITH visible abs, however, mine don't show. I know this is because of my body fat %, which is 16-17%. Obviously, I need to cut. However, when I attempt to cut I can never get past 15% really without losing a shit ton of energy that prevents me from doing other things in my life (work, sporting events, etc.). I cut to 14% about 3 months ago, but go mono and was fatigued af for 3 weeks.

Ok. I was always under the impression that eating a lot of meat and dairy is one of the causes of cancer though. But the doctors are recommending a high-protein, low-carb diet for him, part of which INCLUDES animal protein (beef, chicken, eggs, milk) etc... So I don't understand.

Serious question: Why does everyone seem to think/imply that pizza has terrible macros?
It seems to easily fit my macros pretty easily during a bulk, especially when topped with grilled chicken.
Example: today my lunch was two large slices of cheese pizza topped with buffalo grilled chicken.
Meal was 800 kcal, 90g carbs 28g fat 46g protein
Is the pizza hate just a meme or should I be avoiding pizza even though I can hit my macros?

pizza is fine on a bulk in moderation. Depending on where you get it from, it can be super greasy or extremely high in sodium so thats why people hate on it. On a cut, its too calorie dense and not enough protein per calorie to really justify it.
