I'm 24 and haven't exercised for 5 years, is it too late to get fit? My muscles are all flabby and my bones are stiff and badly aligned due to sitting around for so long.
I mean I won't be fit like a 17 year old who is always at the gym.

Sup /fit/, think this would be the best place to ask this. I'm not balding or anything, but my hair is definitely starting to thin out and I'm wondering if it's worth taking Minoxidil 5% for the rest of my life?
Does anyone have experience or knowledge about this? Any advice would be appreciated. Like I said- no balding yet, just hair thinning (only I can notice though and that's really looking for it)

Can someone explain this to me? All I ever hear is "You won't get big benching 100 lbs, so you should do a strength program first to get strong, then switch to a more bodybuilding-oriented program."

My question is: is it worth taking whey protein if all I do are bodyweight excersises and running. I do both daily and I'm increasing reps constanly. I did get a good offer on some protein and I drink around 30g after each workout but just curious if it helps at all.

Yep. Feels bad when I drink it, heart rate feels too high and everything seems stressful. Gives me headaches unless I constantly drink water afterwards.
