FASTEST AND MOST AGGRESSIVE WAY TO FIX SHIT MOBILITY?

MY MOBILITY IS SO GARBAGE I AM LITERALLY INCAPABLE OF DOING ANY KIND OF SQUAT WITHOUT FUCKING UP MY LOWER BACK OR FALLING FLAT ON MY ASS. DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON FRONT SQUATS.

Hi /fit,

I used to have a regular training rhythm until february last year when I badly dislocated my shoulder and had to take surgery and stop working out for a year. Then when I was ready to start again I was hit by a car and couldn't move for another 4 months, this time not even able to go out.

So here I am today : I want to start working out again but I've gained weight and I know I'll never be able to sustain the strain of a regular training before some time, so I'm looking for a transitory workout program to get back some stamina and some cardio before I start training with weights again.

Please give me some advice on training rhythms/programs/supplements to get back in shape and ready to hit the gym again.

Right now the only exercise I do is skate for an hour once/twice a week.

Pic related, it's me the first time I pushed 165kg on the bench.

tl;dr : busted a shoulder and a hip, haven't trained for over 18 months, help me get back some stamina so I can hit the gym again.

Build it slowly. Focus on work capacity as well as strength and some conditioning pre-season. You will want more mass but not enough to slow you down. check /plg/ to see if they have a copy of the Juggernaut Method 2.0 in the dropbox, it has a lot of sports oriented templates, concepts, and suggestions for pre/intra/post season training that should help.

How does /fit/ deal with downers?

>job requires a 6 month long academy similar to a boot camp
>been sticking to my routine, kick ass, take names
>get told today that literally all of my old mentors don't think I can be successful at this academy

>the thought of failing becomes absolutely apparent

Everyone is human, but fuck, I am down. Has anyone been in a situation where they were told they "can't"? Instead of feeling motivated, I feel depressed, how did you "bounce" back exactly? I start this academy in March. It's a long ways off, but man, am I feeling like I just got kicked in the nuts by my best friends.

Ok /fit/ I did something a bit dumb.

So last week I got a new shake, 2.5kg for €40 or something, which is expensive for me but I am planning on using it for a year. But after 2 days I did something stupid. Normally I use the top of my oven to store shit temporary cause of small house and not much room for shit. But when I turned on the oven I forgot about the shake. So it has been on the oven while it was on for maybe 5 to 10 minutes. Once I noticed I immidiately got it off, it didn't felt hot or anything eventhough the bottom does have a dent in it cause of the heat.

How fucked am I? Is it completely useless now, doesn't it matter or did I ruin it slightly?

I have heard heat can destroy protein and I seriously cant afford to buy another one right now, i'm not even sure if it matters at all.

Please be kind and gimme some advice, thanks alot

The stove tops shouldn't heat up because you put something in the oven if it's a stove... if it's a toaster oven I don't know why you would store anything on top of it but even then I don't think it'd heat up anything on it

I have a confession to make. I love to fight. Problem is I'm not trained and fat so ain't very good.

I'm 6'5" weighing in at 280 pounds, so it's pretty embarrassing when the huge guy loses a fight. Plus I got poor motor skills and my punches are slow as fuck and barely land with any force. Tl:dr big fat weakling.

What type of martial arts training would be good to start out with a beginner like me? Do you go to MMA /fit/? If not, what's your fighting style?

My goal is to get biceps as wide as my head because i have small-body-big-head syndrome, but seems like that it is impossble for me to reach my goal even with roids. am i correct?

2. If your goal is to make your body look bigger in comparison to your head you probably want to focus on shoulder traps lats and chest as these are the biggest muscles on the upper body
